Adding a new Team Member for the ParPrice app
Steps for an Admin to add a user to the team and give them access to the ParPrice app

Step 1: Click Manage Team from the left side menu.

Step 2: Click Add User

Step 3: Enter Required Fields.

Descriptions of key fields:
Address Field
- This is for your records only. This is not visible to clients.
- This allows reps to send proposals to clients via SMS text. If this is not enabled, reps will only have the ability to send proposals via email.
- User is recommended for sales reps. A user permission level only allows a rep to access the mobile application and view data they own.
- Manager will have access to the mobile application and the web portal. They can view all data for the entire team but cannot make edits to Admin settings.
- Admin has full access to both the mobile application and the web portal. Recommended for the Account Owner.
Profile Image
- You can upload a profile image of your team or leave this field empty and your team member will update when they download the mobile application.
Step 5: Click Update
