How to update your subscription?
Here is how you can upgrade or cancel your monthly subscription.
Log In to your portal dashboard at the following link.
Note: Only Admins or Managers can access the portal.
From your dashboard, select your profile photo in the top right corner and choose Plan & Billing.
Click Open Subscription Center to access your subscription.
Enter your email that you used to set up your plan with us and hit send. You will receive a link via email. Click the link and you will be able to update your payment card on file, upgrade your plan, or pause your account.
