Send Project Quote via SMS
Follow these steps to send a project quote to a customer via text message.

Step 1: Select the "Quotes" tab within your contact record and click the quote card you want to send to your customer.
Step 2: When you are inside the quote, click the "More Actions" actions button in the top right corner. You will see a popup window open from the bottom. Select the option "Send by Text Message".
Step 3: When the SMS Quote screen displays, it will be pre-loaded with a text template. You can edit the message that is sent or just use the template.
Note: Do not edit or delete the URL. This is the link your customers will click to view their interactive proposal.
When you've entered the message you want to send, click on "Send" from the top right corner. This will open the SMS New Message window on your mobile device. This will give you another opportunity to confirm your message doesn't need any last-minute edits. If it looks good, click send from your mobile device and your client will receive the link via text to click and view their proposal.
